Mike Simonsen, a co-founder of the real estate data provider Altos Research takes some time to speak with me regarding the importance of great data in delivering a top notch real estate web presence. I’ve had the opportunity to view a couple of presentations on the Altos product line up and I think it’s great stuff. Implemented correctly I think a real estate professional can combine quality data, top notch IDX mapping/listings, good home valuation tools and community information to present a web experience that generates quality traffic and even higher quality leads. 

Mike shares with us an overview of their product and examples of clients who are putting it to use in their markets. He also discusses why they are such huge supporters of the RE Barcamp movement.
